Does Islam Impose Arabic Culture?

Last week I was thinking about not being able to pray in a language other than Arabic in Islam. It's fuckin annoying to say words that you do not understand the meaning of and certainly not helping in communicating with a supreme being.

I think Arabs are a nation who haven't really been able to produce science or anything that people would benefit from for many centuries and the way Islam forces people to follow Arabic culture is just a way of keeping Arabs important in history. Recently, I read about Islamic scholars saying that Qoran should not be translated at all.

Wow! A nice way to force the rest of the world to learn Arabic. My arse!
